Delivery Process
- Accurate Delivery Address: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order leaves our premises, as per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008.
- Courier Services: All deliveries are handled by trusted courier services. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location, with potential surcharges for remote areas, malls, townships, or government facilities.
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation, provided stock is available. You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock, with options for a revised shipping schedule, an alternative product, or a full refund within 30 days, as required by the CPA.
- Stock Availability: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to insufficient stock, in which case a full refund will be issued without deductions. You will be informed promptly via email.
- Delivery Delays: Go Healthy is not responsible for delays if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred due to incorrect address details or unavailability.
- Price Adjustments: Product and delivery costs may be adjusted at any time without prior notice, in line with market conditions and operational requirements.
Insurance
- Optional Insurance: Goods are not automatically insured unless you request insurance, which may incur additional costs. To arrange insurance, contact us at support@gohealthy.com before your order is dispatched.
