We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008, particularly Sections 55 and 56, which outline your rights to safe, good-quality goods and a cooling-off period.
Return Eligibility
- Cooling-Off Period: You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, as per Section 44 of the CPA, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- General Returns: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, special offer items, and certain health or hygiene products are non-returnable unless faulty or not as advertised.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Notify us within 1 working day of delivery at support@gohealthy.com if a product arrives damaged or defective. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, as per CPA requirements.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: Contact support@gohealthy.com to request a return and receive instructions.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
- Inspection and Processing: Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods, provided they meet return criteria.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items, as per the CPA.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval, in compliance with CPA refund timelines.
- If an order is canceled due to stock unavailability or other issues, a full refund will be issued without deductions.
